What is a Radiation Therapist?
Radiation Therapists are the people who explain the treatment plans to the patient by describing possible outcomes and risks. They make sure each patient gets the right amount of radiation so they don’t get overexposed to the deadly substance. They are also responsible for locating the patient’s cancer using advanced x-rays or CT scans. Just like many other radiation jobs, they check the machines before every operation.
